Problem Note 35883: The Action D installation job list (JOBINDXD) is incorrect in SAS® 9.2 Phase 2 in the z/OS operating environment

In a SAS® 9.2 Phase 2 Action D installation under z/OS, the CNTL data set member JOBINDXD lists thes following as jobs that will run:
SID5ALOC CHECK AND ALLOCATE DATASETS AT PRODUCTION SID5INS1 PROMOTE LIBRARIES SID5INS2 COMPRESS DATASETS SID6ALOC CHECK AND ALLOCATE DATASETS AT PRODUCTION SID6NFD1 PROMOTE LIBRARIES SID6NFD2 COMPRESS DATASETS SID7REOR REORG, COMPR, FREE SPACE, RELEASE TEMP DS
However, the jobs that actually run are the following:
- SID1ALOC
- SID5ALOC
- SID5INS1
- SID7REOR
The job SID1ALOC that runs is not in the JOBINDXD list, and four of the jobs that are in the JOBINDXD list do not run.
This error causes basicins.rexx to report an install failure because of jobs not running.
